Two channels share the same name
Identical names make the channel list ambiguous for viewers.
What it means
The same display name appears on more than one entry, pointing at different URLs.
Why it matters
Viewers cannot tell the entries apart, and cannot learn which one works if only one does. Where duplicates are a primary and a backup feed, the viewer has no way to know which is which.
How to fix it
- Give each entry a distinct name — append the quality or region, for example "Channel 1 HD" and "Channel 1 SD".
- For backup feeds, label them explicitly rather than leaving two identical rows.
